Ukraine's Dolgopolov overcame Horacio Zeballos 7-6 (7-4) 4-6 6-4 while Spanish fourth seed Carreno Busta beat the Domincan Republic's Victor Estrella Burgos 6-2 4-6 6-2.
Diego Schwartzman ousted fellow Argentinian Federico Delbonis 6-4 7-6 (7-1).
Fifth seed Albert Ramos-Vinolas advanced with a 6-2 6-3 victory over Italian Fabio Fognini and the Spaniard will play Argentinian qualifier Nicolas Kicker, who defeated Arthur De Greef 6-3 6-3.
There were also wins for Casper Rudd and Thiago Monteiro.

Monfils beat Ukrainian qualifier Sergiy Stakhovsky 6-1 6-4, while sixth seed Gasquet ousted Russia's Mikhail Youzhny on Wednesday.
Second seed Jo-Wilfried Tsonga set up another all-French last-eight clash against Gilles Simon with a 6-3 6-3 win against Ukraine's Illya Marchenko.
Slovakian qualifier Norbert Gombos will play third seed Nick Kyrgios following his 7-5 3-6 7-6 (7-5) victory over Nicolas Mahut.
Unseeded Russian Daniil Medvedev meets fourth seed Lucas Pouille in the last eight after edging out Germany's Jan-Lennard Struff 6-3 3-6 7-6 (7-3).
