Watch this video to remember the story of the Miami Open, last week’s tournament that culminated in another Roger Federer trophy.
The mighty Swiss player picked up his third title of 2017, following the Australian Open and Indian Weeks, to continue a remarkable resurgence after an injury-stricken 2016.
Federer then immediately confirmed he would take an eight-week break until the French Open at the end of May, to heal the rigours of his three championship wins.
The story of the Miami Open also includes Nick Kyrgios, the enigmatic Australian who was eventually eliminated by Federer despite putting up a brave effort. Earlier in the tournament Kyrgios had become embroiled in a bizarre exchange with a ball boy that captured headlines.
Alexander Zverev, another hot talent, saved three match points before beating John Isner and then eliminated the top seed, Stan Wawrinka. Guido Pella was another standout performer at the tournament.
