Great Britain's Davis Cup first-round tie against Canada next year will be played at the TD Place Arena in Ottawa.

Britain, who lifted the cup last year, will head to the Canadian capital straight after the Australian Open for the clash on February 3-5.

And the tie could feature a repeat of this year's Wimbledon final if British World No 1 Andy Murray and Canada's top player Milos Raonic both line up.

Raonic has committed to playing in the match while Murray has missed only one tie since 2013 and won 11 of Britain's 12 rubbers during their title run last year.

Raonic is Canada's only top-100 singles player but they have classy doubles players in the shape of Vasek Pospisil and Daniel Nestor, as well as two of the world's leading junior players in Denis Shapovalov and Felix Auger Aliassime.

The tie will be played on an indoor hard court, with the capacity expected to be around 8,000.
